今天这道凉拌金针菇,秋天需要多吃白色食物,而金针菇富含多糖和膳食纤维,可以清脂,也可以保护我们的肝脏,加入了醋进行凉拌,简单快手又健康。

  • 枸杞10克
  • 味达美柔香米醋2勺
  • 味达美尚品金标生抽2勺

Steps to make 凉拌金针菇

  • 1.锅内放入适量的清水,盖上盖子煮开。
  • 2.水煮开后放入洗净去蒂的金针菇。
  • 3.再次盖上盖子,煮开后炖煮5分钟之后关火捞出。
  • 4.将沥干的金针菇放入盘中。
  • 5.放入用凉水冲洗过的枸杞。
  • 6.倒入2勺米醋。
  • 7.倒入2勺生抽。
  • 8.搅拌均匀即可。
  • 9.最后撒上一些奇亚籽点缀。
