蜜糖柿子乳酪土司
用刚做的柿子土司配柿子和乳酪。柿子选用脆柿子,才容易切成片。奶酪垫底,柿子放在表面,刷上蜂蜜水,在烤箱里呆上几分钟后,柿子变得热乎,土司边缘酥脆,蜂蜜水渗透在柿子和土司奶酪中,别是一番滋味。不过这样一来,柿子那清润的口感就消失了。。。。
柿子没去皮,怕会变色,后来感觉去皮吃起来会更方便一些。
奶酪有些少,最后都被柿子掩盖掉了。

Steps to make 蜜糖柿子乳酪土司

  • 1.用料:柿子土司2片,脆柿子1个,马苏里拉奶酪碎15克,蜂蜜7克,水3克
  • 2.将土司切片备用。
  • 3.柿子洗净切成小瓣。
  • 4.将水倒入蜂蜜中,
  • 5.搅拌均匀,使蜂蜜溶化。
  • 6.在土司片上铺上奶酪,
  • 7.将柿子摆在表面。
  • 8.放入烤箱,中层,上下火180度,烤约8-10分钟。
  • 9.取出,表面刷上蜂蜜水,再烤2-5分钟。
  • 10.出炉。
