红烧狮子头

Steps to make 红烧狮子头

  • 1.猪肉剁碎
  • 2.放入鸡蛋、生粉、盐、料酒、生抽
  • 3.抓匀、腌制20分钟
  • 4.把肉馅在手中揉搓至圆形,做好备用
  • 5.半锅清水加入老抽、生抽、盐、糖备好
  • 6.锅里放油烧6成热,放入肉丸小火炸至外皮定型微黄捞出
  • 7.葱姜切丝
  • 8.锅中放油把姜、葱炒香
  • 9.倒入半碗清水汁,放入狮子头大火烧开、小火焖20分钟左右入味
  • 10.放入少许鸡精调味即可
  • 11.装盘
