海蛎煎
海蛎煎,福州及闽东一带传统的特色风味小吃。圆形,色呈金黄,壳酥香,馅鲜美,可单独当零食吃。海蛎饼在这座老城里是普通的不能再普通的了的小吃了,福州人大多把蛎饼当做早点下粥小菜。外焦内嫩的蛎饼,再叫上一碗鼎边糊(锅边糊),口口滑软,令人百吃不厌。

Steps to make 海蛎煎

  • 1.韭菜适量,红薯淀粉,海蛎,鸡蛋。
  • 2.鸡蛋加细盐打散。
  • 3.加入适量淀粉打均匀。
  • 4.打至无颗粒状。
  • 5.加入切好的韭菜段。
  • 6.再加入洗好的海蛎。拌均匀静放三分钟。
  • 7.热锅,加入适量的油,上模(上不上模都可以,我主要是为了能成型漂亮一点)。
  • 8.将拌好的海蛎糊盛到模内,小火煎至双面金黄既可。
  • 9.吃的时候蘸点酸辣酱,或是蕃茄酱既可。
