【多味蛋挞】
闲来无事,将蛋挞作为下午茶最好不过了。
用了现成的挞皮,只要调制一些蛋挞液就行了,坐在一边等上一会儿,香喷喷的蛋挞就出炉啦~~
这次是因为之前用了几个蛋白,只剩下了蛋黄,所以调制挞液的时候就把蛋黄全都加进去了,口感也不错呢~

材料:
蛋挞皮12个
蛋挞液:牛奶90g,淡奶油130g,细砂糖20g,蛋黄3个

Steps to make 【多味蛋挞】

  • 1.将牛奶和糖倒入小盆中
  • 2.搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入淡奶油
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.倒入蛋黄
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.将搅匀的蛋挞液过筛
  • 8.过筛两次
  • 9.将蛋挞皮放在烤盘中摆好
  • 10.依次倒入蛋挞液,约8分满
  • 11.送入预热好的烤箱中下层,220度15分钟
  • 12.出炉
  • 13.分别在其中两排蛋挞表面放些酒渍蔓越莓和奶酪
  • 14.送入烤箱中上层,继续烘烤5分钟
  • 15.出炉即可食用
