秋葵炒虾仁
秋葵又名羊角豆,咖啡黄葵、毛茄,原产于非洲,20世纪初由印度引入我国。是很有营养的一种蔬菜,尤其是里面的籽和胶液更具有独特的保健功效,又分绿色和红色两种,其脆嫩多汁,滑润不腻,香味独特,深受百姓青睐。

Steps to make 秋葵炒虾仁

  • 1.材料:秋葵250克,虾仁150克,红黄彩椒适量,蒜半头,盐、食用油适量。
  • 2.虾仁化开,或者鲜虾剥仁。
  • 3.虾仁用少量淀粉调拌均匀。
  • 4.秋葵清水清洗,加一茶匙盐,这样秋葵表面的绒毛容易洗掉。
  • 5.清洗干净的秋葵。
  • 6.彩椒切玉兰片形状,秋葵尽量减少胶质、营养素流失去蒂斩成5厘米以上的段,蒜切成蒜米。
  • 7.锅预热加入食用油,下入蒜米炒香。
  • 8.滑入虾仁翻炒均匀。
  • 9.下入秋葵快速翻炒均匀。
  • 10.下入青红椒片快速翻炒均匀。
  • 11.加入食盐适量。
  • 12.快速翻炒均匀出锅。
