  • 3.煮4分钟后,关火,盖盖子,焖10分钟,不要再搅动了
  • 4.西红柿和鸡蛋准备好,用量可以随意,西红柿多一点,汤更加酸爽
  • 5.西红柿切小块,鸡蛋打入碗中
  • 6.焖了10分钟之后的米粉,吸足了水很柔软,汤也几乎没了,变得很浓稠
  • 7.将热汤倒掉,用凉水反复过几次水,米粉变得更加洁白、柔软,如果一会儿就用可泡在水里更水灵,如果长时间不用,就不要泡水里,以免不筋道
