【电饭锅菜谱】酱香凤爪 (解馋小零食)
这道菜我做过两次,上次是用炒锅制作的,感觉用炒锅制作还得反复翻炒,时间久,入口还不是很糯!所以这次就用电饭锅来制作,电饭锅受热均匀,时间快,入口非常的软糯啊!根本不用费劲去啃,一咬下去都脱骨了,连骨头都是酥的!所以把这次做的最好的凤爪来发表。

  • 生姜删除

  • 白胡椒粉删除
  • 甜面酱删除

Steps to make 【电饭锅菜谱】酱香凤爪 (解馋小零食)

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.切好葱白,葱绿,姜片稍多,蒜片。
  • 3.凤爪洗净后一定要剪掉上面的指甲。再剁成两段,(嫌麻烦此步可省略)
  • 4.锅内放凉水加入凤爪,料酒1勺,姜片,盖上锅盖煮出血沫和脏东西,去腥。
  • 5.干净的碗内加入料酒1大勺。
  • 6.盐半勺。
  • 7.白糖也是半勺。
  • 8.甜面酱1大勺。
  • 9.老抽一大勺。
  • 10.生抽1勺。
  • 11.再撒入少许胡椒粉。
  • 12.黄豆酱1小勺。
  • 13.然后把鸡爪和调好的料汁一起放入电饭锅内胆里,加水半没过凤爪的2/3。
  • 14.煮大概15分钟汤汁有点浓稠即可按到保温键,焖5分钟后撒上葱绿即可。(凤爪的煮至时间视大家家里的电饭锅功率而定)
  • 15.入口好糯的凤爪呢,不喜欢颜色这么浓的话,可将老抽换成酱油替代。
