  今儿把这三样放一起烧了,呵呵,想想那个味道吧!
  好长时间没有用炒糖的方法烧肉了,今天炒一次。
  特别喜欢炒过的糖,那种焦糖味儿!

    Steps to make 板栗香菇烧鸡腿

    • 1.  部分材料图。
    • 2.将鸡腿去骨,用肉锤打松切小粒。
    • 3.纳碗后加生抽盐料酒葱姜碎抓均匀。
    • 4.香菇洗净后焯一下水。
    • 5.准备好白糖,米酒,葱切段,姜切片。
    • 6.炒锅倒油,烧温热后倒入糖。
    • 7.  小火加热,用勺或者锅铲搅拌。
    • 8.糖液变黄起泡 时,将锅离火,用锅的余热继续加热。
    • 9.倒入腌好的鸡肉块翻炒。
    • 10.加入切好的香菇和板栗,倒入米酒,可以根据菜的颜色调入适量老抽。
    • 11.大火烧开后转小火焖至肉烂。
    • 12.吃时撒上蒜苗碎。
