家常版的热干面
此做法正宗与否我不知,但是好吃才是王道!

  • 芝麻酱少许
  • 芝麻油少许
  • 葱花少许

Steps to make 家常版的热干面

  • 1.热干面一把,碱水面就可以了。
  • 2.芝麻酱一包。
  • 3.芝麻酱一勺用温水化开。
  • 4.加生抽一勺,老抽一勺,醋两勺,芝麻油一勺,红油一勺,盐,鸡精少许。
  • 5.水烧开放入面条,碱水面比较难煮,水开第一次倒掉,在加入冷水继续煮,最后关火焖一小会无硬芯即可!
  • 6.捞出面。
  • 7.把调好的汁倒入,搅拌均匀,洒上葱花与酸豆角,开吃!
  • 8.简易的热干面做好了!
