万能的电饭锅~~初试苏式红豆月饼
喔。。。昨晚菜谱没保存,今早只能继续奋斗。。。
   作为一个有一只万能电饭锅的学生党,穷的要死的学生党,回家不过中秋节的最不好的一点就是——没钱吃月饼!
   杏花楼的月饼要七八元一快,便宜的月饼又不好吃。真是纠结啊,还是自己动手丰衣足食来的轻松吧。电饭锅初试苏式红豆月饼,献给没有烤箱,没有平底锅,没有电磁炉的亲们,还是苏式的哟~

    • 1.适量面粉和水,加入糖和少量油搅拌
    • 2.揉成光滑的面团后,用干净塑料袋包上,放置
    • 3.面粉加植物油,揉光变成酥油皮
    • 4.两个揉成光滑的面团,放置三十分钟
    • 5.三十分钟后,水油皮搓成面团,切成八块
    • 6.油酥皮揪成八块,搓圆。
    • 7.现在容许我热情的为大家介绍,没有擀面杖怎么办。。。如图,借用光滑的装水的瓶子将水油皮擀平
    • 8.包入油酥球
    • 9.包圆
    • 10.擀平,擀成牛舌状
    • 11.然后再卷起,继续擀平,卷起,放置十五分钟
    • 12.此时从中间切开,将皮擀平
    • 13.准备好熬好,磨好的豆沙馅
    • 14.将馅包入,擀平,第一次,所以馅都露出来了
    • 15.这是饺子状的
    • 16.电饭锅预热,放入月饼,等大约几十分钟
    • 17.好有纹路啊
    • 18.掰开一看,也不错,就是由于不是猪油,所以不是特别酥
