  • 4.先把白菜丝冷水下锅,盖上大火烧
  • 5.烧制八分开的时候把黑木耳丝和冬笋丝倒入煮开后捞起控水
  • 6.热锅倒油
  • 7.温油倒入猪肉丝翻炒至变色后捞起
  • 8.再把白菜丝,冬笋丝和黑木耳丝倒入煸炒出香味加入盐
  • 9.烧制片刻后加入猪肉丝
  • 10.烧制入味后用水淀粉勾芡后出锅待凉
  • 11.取一张春卷皮加入馅心
  • 12.卷起后再把两边往中间折起
  • 13.再卷起至全部做好
  • 14.锅内倒油温油把春卷加入煎至微黄后捞起
  • 15..等油温升高后再把春卷回锅炸至两面金黄后捞起控油即可享用
  • 16.蘸醋吃,解腻提味
