拿了只面包蟹回来,想了半天怎么吃,蒸?葱姜爆炒?最后还是决定用避风塘炒蟹的方子做

Steps to make 避风塘面包蟹

  • 1.面包蟹一只洗净
  • 2.将蟹卸块,去腮去脏东西洗净。可将蟹钳稍敲裂,方便吃且入味
  • 3.蒜切碎,放油锅中中火炸至变黄色捞出
  • 4.蒜酥铺开晾凉后,漂亮的金黄色
  • 5.蟹块下油锅(刚炸蒜的油锅),小火炸约5分钟 捞出
  • 6.锅留底油,下葱姜蒜,豆豉,指天椒 炒香。然后下蟹块,放料酒炒制,翻炒2分钟后放盐和胡椒,葱段,翻炒两下出锅
  • 7.出锅
