Steps to make 香脆酥松---蓝莓酱曲奇

  • 1.将黄油切成小块,室温下软化。
  • 2.加入糖粉、细砂糖,用电动打蛋器打至发白、为颜色变浅,体积稍变大,呈羽毛状。
  • 3.将鸡蛋液分次加入到黄油中,打匀。
  • 4.低筋面粉、盐、混合筛入。
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀切拌均匀,成曲奇面糊。
  • 6.装入挤花带袋中,挤出花型,中间添入适量蓝莓果酱。
  • 7.预热烤箱190°,放烤箱中层、上下火,烤15分钟至边缘着色即可出炉。
