Steps to make 蔬菜蒸蛋

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.将鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入淀粉水搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再加入适量水与少许盐搅拌均匀。
  • 5.搅拌均匀的鸡蛋液。
  • 6.盘中我刷了薄薄一层香油,将蛋液倒入盘中再放入菠菜叶及胡萝卜丝。
  • 7.锅烧热将盘放锅中蒸十几分钟。
  • 8.取出蔬菜蒸蛋。
  • 9.今早买的小柿子用1个做汁,大碗中加入适量淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 10.将小柿子洗净去皮过滤出汁在淀粉碗中。
  • 11.将芡汁倒入锅中加少许食用油烧开。
  • 12.将芡汁倒入盘中的蔬菜蒸蛋上,一盘意境创意蔬菜蒸蛋既美观又营养。
  • 13.这张成品图片好似蒸蛋中有一条魚(魚头向左)很漂亮。
  • 14.将蔬菜蒸蛋在盘中划成方型,用小勺取出摆盘蒸蛋中层次分明,有绿叶菠菜、桔黄胡萝卜丝,口感咸鲜。
