Steps to make 苹果千层酥

  • 1.苹果洗净切开去核,切薄片。
  • 2.锅中加入1勺白糖和2勺蜂蜜煮开,
  • 3.放入苹果片煮至变软。
  • 4.捞出沥干备用。
  • 5.取事先准备好的千层酥皮擀成薄片.
  • 6.将千层酥皮切成长约20厘米,宽约6厘米左右的长方形,刷一层蜂蜜(分量外)。
  • 7.将苹果片依次摆放在千层酥皮上。
  • 8.将酥皮对折,将两端捏紧压死。从一端卷向另一端。
  • 9.接口处压紧。
  • 10.依次做好其他的酥皮,放入模具中。
  • 11.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火180度,25分钟。
  • 12.出炉后待降温撒上糖粉即可。
  • 13.漂亮极了。
  • 14.好看好吃~~~
  • 15.有点不忍下口~
