  • 2.将牛奶倒鲜酵母中,搅拌至溶化。
  • 3.再把其余材料一起倒入碗中。
  • 4.揉成均匀光滑面团,放入容器,盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 5.第二天取出,面团发酵到2倍大。
  • 6.把面团取出排气,分割成4个,盖上保鲜膜,松弛一会儿。
  • 7.擀扁。
  • 8.包入奶酪。
  • 9.收口。
  • 10.滚圆,收口向下,静置5-10分钟。
