    Steps to make 孜然羊肉胡萝卜焖米饭

    • 1.羊肉洗净切小块。
    • 2.葱切段、姜切片、胡萝卜切小丁。
    • 3.锅内加水放入葱姜。
    • 4.水开后放入切好的羊肉大火煮开。
    • 5.等羊肉变白色捞出备用。
    • 6.锅内加少许油放入八角、胡椒粉翻炒。
    • 7.锅内加水,根据个人喜好放孜然粉、精盐大火煮开。
    • 8.把锅内肉汤倒入电饭锅。
    • 9.把淘洗好的米倒入电锅,按照正常焖米饭的过程进行即可。
