西葫芦丝佐柠檬汁

  • 蔬菜高汤50ml

Steps to make 西葫芦丝佐柠檬汁

  • 1.将红辣椒切碎,橄榄和西红柿粗略切碎。用螺旋式擦丝器将西葫芦擦成细丝。
  • 2.在平底锅中加入少许橄榄油,中温煎制西葫芦。加入蔬菜高汤,继续煎5–7分钟,至西葫芦变软。
  • 3.另取一无油平底锅,放入松子,中火烘制2–3分钟,然后加入红辣椒、油浸西红柿和橄榄,再继续煎2–3分钟。
  • 4.在平底锅中加入柠檬皮碎、酸橙皮碎与酸橙汁。
