Steps to make 火龙果慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.蛋糕片用小碗压个比六寸戚风模具小一圈吗蛋糕片,放入。
  • 2.吉利丁2片用水浸泡发软拿出,放入50g牛奶中隔热水融化,放凉。
  • 3.火龙果200g加白糖40g,加上吉利丁液搅匀。
  • 4.淡奶油+20g糖打发稍有纹路。
  • 5.火龙果液放入淡奶油中。
  • 6.搅拌匀成摹斯液,倒入蛋糕模具中。
  • 7.火龙果汁100g,加入浸泡软的吉利丁1片.加50g水,隔水融化放凉。
  • 8.倒在慕斯上面,放冰箱冷藏过夜。
  • 9.拿出用电吹风轻吹下周边,脱模。
  • 10.成品。
