  • 1.翻糖膏用擀面杖擀开
  • 2.六寸海绵蛋糕刷上粘合剂后盖上白色翻糖膏,用手轻压以助更好的贴合
  • 3.用轮刀修去边角
  • 4.表面就整理好了
  • 5.白色干佩斯加入几滴红色色素捏合成红色翻糖膏,用擀面杖擀开后用模具压出花型
  • 6.移到海绵垫后用翻糖工具轻压花瓣使花瓣变薄
  • 7.取一颗用黄色调好的干佩斯捏成花心
  • 8.压薄的花瓣捏下后一圈一圈的围着花心捏好
  • 9.做好的花朵插在蛋糕的中间部分
  • 10.调好的绿色干佩斯擀薄后用模具压出叶子
  • 11.蓝色干佩斯擀开切成宽带状作为蛋糕的围边
