芝士白汁通心粉
除意粉,淡奶油,芝士,其他材料可自由组合,基本是家里有什么就放什么:虾仁,鱿鱼圈,青豆,玉米粒,火腿粒,红萝卜粒,西兰花……

    Steps to make 芝士白汁通心粉

    • 1.材料大集合。
    • 2.意粉煮软。滤掉水分,用黑椒盐,橄榄油搅拌均匀,防止粘在一起。
    • 3.虾仁对半切。把残余虾线彻底清理干净。再用开水烫熟(30秒-1分钟)。
    • 4.先炒洋葱和培根。
    • 5.等洋葱变软,加淡奶油。
    • 6.加黑椒盐。
    • 7.加蒜盐,欧芹碎调味。我觉得白汁就该有混合香草的小清新味道。没有的话,用鸡精代替。
    • 8.加面粉水调整白汁粘稠度,目的是让白汁盖在意粉表面,而不是一开始就渗进去。
    • 9.最后加烫熟的虾肉。
    • 10.小火煮沸即可。
    • 11.白汁浇在意粉上。
    • 12.铺上芝士,烤箱200度5分钟。
    • 13.完结撒葱。
