  • 新良水磨糯米粉250克

Steps to make 双色流沙汤圆

  • 1.预热烤箱5分钟160-180度,铺上油纸或放入烤箱烤12-15分钟左右,取出蛋黄,将多余油纸覆盖上蛋黄,用擀面杖压碎。
  • 2.将蛋碎放入碗中,加入奶粉、糖粉、吉士粉、牛奶、搅拌成糊。
  • 3.加入黄油搅拌均匀,放凉后放入冰箱冷冻区,约2个小时左右。
  • 4.南瓜切块,水开后蒸15分钟,取出压碎加入200克糯米粉,搅拌均匀成团,觉得面团稍干,可以少量加些开水。
  • 5.将少量抹茶粉加入50克糯米粉,加入40克开水,搅拌成团。
  • 6.汤圆皮搓圆,大拇指按住中间,捏成小杯状,放入馅料,慢慢收口搓圆。
  • 7.煮汤圆时,要开水下锅。约5分钟,汤圆都浮起来就熟了。
