Steps to make 橄榄油芝麻乳酪面包

  • 1.材料备齐。
  • 2.除奶酪之外全部材料放入面包机揉面。
  • 3.揉出相对薄的膜后滚圆进行基础发酵。
  • 4.将发酵好的面团擀成30CM的方形。放上适量的奶酪丁。
  • 5.卷起,收紧封口,进行二次发酵。
  • 6.发酵到2倍大后,表面撒适量高粉,割口,割口处再涂适量橄榄油。
  • 7.烤箱中层180度,烘烤20-22分钟。
  • 8.出炉脱模放凉即可。
