红花杂粮面包
说说这个配方吧,其实我自己yy的,因为上海一下就重新冬天了,蓝后……小肚子就有点不舒服……
然后赵丽自己熬了四物汤,箱子里面总有一些些药材,看了看还剩下点红花,比较补血,就一得瑟扔到面团里面去了,没想到真的很香~

据说过了315之后红花和藏红花又被拉出来鞭尸了(没看过315晚会找自虐的我表示毫不知情,但是似乎过了315之后谈论红花的人一下子多了起来,估计是晚会后遗症,嗯嗯一定是这样~)

红花和藏红花其实是完全不同的两个东西,红花是一种菊花的花瓣,藏红花是鸢尾花的花蕊,当然藏红花造价不知道要高出来多少倍,不过对于咱们一般人来说,红花的药效已经足足的了,奉劝各位仙女们生理期的时候不要喝太多,不然就……啊多么痛的领悟……

  • 高筋粉200g
  • 杂粮40g
  • 清水100g
  • 橄榄油15g
  • 砂糖35g
  • 红花4g
  • 酵母3g
  • 蜂蜜一点点

Steps to make 红花杂粮面包

  • 1.20g高粱和20g荞麦放到碗里洗干净;
  • 2.然后上锅隔水蒸熟
  • 3.加入15g橄榄油
  • 4.加入蒸熟的杂粮饭
  • 5.加入35g砂糖
  • 6.筛入高筋面粉
  • 7.加入3g酵母
  • 8.然后加入清水,温水凉水都可以
  • 9.然后面包机开启一个发面团程序
  • 10.搅拌过程中的面团,能看到明显的杂粮
  • 11.发好了之后在加入红花,然后开一个和面程序揉到一起即可
  • 12.揉到可以拉开薄膜的状态
  • 13.分成几个小剂子
  • 14.拿一个小剂子,揉成长条状
  • 15.长边压在短边上面
  • 16.然后把长边从下面绕一圈
  • 17.长边从洞里面穿过
  • 18.然后环这样折叠一下
  • 19.最后端头塞在环里面整理一下即可
  • 20.然后放在烤盘上发酵,这时候准备一点点蜂蜜和一点点橄榄油混合均匀
  • 21.发酵好了之后涂在面包上面
  • 22.放进烤箱里面,上下火都是160度,中层,20分钟即可!
