    Steps to make 鲜虾大肉包

    • 1.取适量面粉加发酵粉,糖,猪油,用温水和成面团发酵两倍大小。
    • 2.猪肉和大葱洗净控水。
    • 3.鲜虾处理干净去除虾仁。
    • 4.大葱和猪肉改刀备用。
    • 5.将猪肉和虾仁绞成虾肉泥。
    • 6.虾肉泥绞好放入盆中。
    • 7.花椒和姜丝用热水浸泡一下,分次加入虾肉泥中,一个方向搅拌上劲。
    • 8.葱绞碎放入盆中,加入五香粉,姜粉用热油淋入激出香味儿,加蚝油,酱油、盐搅拌均匀。
    • 9.虾肉馅调好腌制一下。
    • 10.发酵好的面加入碱粉揉匀排气,搓条改刀同等大小的剂子擀开。
    • 11.放入适量鲜肉馅包起来。
    • 12.依次包好放笼屉中。
    • 13.冷水上锅上气后蒸二十五分钟左右。
    • 14.时间到后关火虚蒸两三分钟再打开锅盖。
    • 15.晾一下装入盘中即可享用。
    • 16.也可以搭配红油醋汁一同食用,味道超级棒哦!
