Steps to make 玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.黄油软化后和糖盐一起放入盆内用打蛋器打发至蓬松发白的状态。
  • 2.熟蛋黄压碎过筛,放入盆内用刮刀拌匀。
  • 3.加入面粉慢慢压成一个面团,刚开始会有点不易成形,揉一会儿吸收就好了。
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏一个小时。
  • 5.取出分成等量大小搓圆。
  • 6.放入学厨牛轧糖烤盘上。
  • 7.用大拇指轻轻从中间按压下去。
  • 8.直到边缘有裂纹即可停止。
  • 9.放入烤箱中,上170度,下160度,烤10分钟左右即可。
  • 10.晾凉后装入密封袋,也可以根据自己的喜好装饰巧克力。
