  • 白砂糖10克
  • 2克
  • 低筋面粉80克
  • 玉米淀粉10克
  • 室温鸡蛋1个(约60克)

Steps to make 西班牙油条吉事果,做法简单,一口咬下去,外脆里嫩,口感轻盈。

  • 1.我们先把低筋面粉80克、玉米淀粉10克,过筛一下,放一边备用。
  • 2.然后把清水150克、无盐黄油40克、白砂糖10克、盐2克,放一起。
  • 3.煮沸后离火。
  • 4.加入筛好的低筋面粉和玉米淀粉,用刮刀快速拌匀。
  • 5.继续开小火,慢慢炒至所有粉类混合均匀,面团炒至有光泽即可。
  • 6.取出来摊开了放在盆里,稍微放凉一会,手摸着不太烫了即可,防止面团太烫了把蛋液烫熟。
  • 7.室温鸡蛋1个(约60克)打散,分次加入面团里,每次用刮刀把蛋液完全拌匀后,才能再加蛋液。
  • 8.把搅拌均匀的面糊,装入裱花袋。
  • 9.油加热至筷子放进去冒小泡泡,表示油温可以了。
  • 10.把面糊挤进去即可,面糊可以弄成小条状、圆环状等等。
  • 11.炸至两面金黄焦脆,即可捞出沥干油。
  • 12.稍微放凉一会后,准备一盘细砂糖,放进去沾满细砂糖即可。
  • 13.西班牙油条吉事果,完成O(∩_∩)O
  • 14.一口咬下去,外脆里嫩,口感轻盈。
  • 15.配上一杯咖啡,就是完美的下午茶啦!
