昨天跟朋友们分享了{章鱼小圈圈】,今天就再跟你们分享分享【山寨版的章鱼烧】咯,不知大家可有吃过?我只是把里面的面糊改成了马铃薯泥,把它改成了【可乐饼版的章鱼烧】哦,家里的人都很喜欢它的味道呐,再加上柴鱼片,海苔碎,照烧酱,沙拉酱。味道真的很不错喔,我自己都很喜欢。不知你们可喜欢??

  • 黑胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 章鱼烧【可乐饼版】

  • 1.章鱼烧的简单材料。
  • 2.马铃薯捎皮,切薄片放蒸锅里蒸熟。
  • 3.鸡蛋打散,面粉和面包糠各自放较大的盘备用。
  • 4.小章鱼洗净,放进滚开的热水中川烫片刻捞起。
  • 5.把小章鱼切成幼小粒状。
  • 6.把蒸熟的马铃薯用叉子压成泥。
  • 7.放进章鱼粒,幼盐和黑胡椒粉。
  • 8.把它们拌匀好成薯泥备用。
  • 9.戴一次性手套抹一点油,用小汤匙拿一汤匙薯泥放掌心搓圆。
  • 10.把薯泥先裹上一层底筋面粉。
  • 11.再沾上一层鸡蛋液。
  • 12.放进面包糠中裹满面包糠。
  • 13.6,7成热的油,炸至金黄色即可。
