压力锅(电饭煲)做戚风蛋糕(详细做法)
用的是压力锅,电饭煲同理! 因为只做2个蛋的戚风,如果直接用锅的内胆,感觉好少,铺平后也就一个饼 所以我用了6寸的戚风蛋糕模具.

Steps to make 压力锅(电饭煲)做戚风蛋糕(详细做法)

  • 1.先准备材料
  • 2.蛋黄分离出来,装蛋白滴盆子必须无油无水的,大家都知道的,蛋黄加入10g糖搅拌至白糖融化
  • 3.加入牛奶再拌均匀
  • 4.加入色拉油(我用的是玉米油)再拌均匀
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉
  • 6.以不规则的方向拌至无干粉的面糊,提起打蛋可以稠稠地滴落,如果搅拌起来感觉太稠有阻力,那就适当加些牛奶进行调一下
  • 7.此时我们先把饭堡按到保温,让它先预热一会
  • 8.蛋清加入25g白糖(我这个人懒,经常是一次性加入的,大家还是按照戚风蛋糕,分3次加入吧)
  • 9.打至干性发泡状态,打发头可拉出一个直尖角
  • 10.取一半蛋白到面糊里,用刮刀拌均匀,不要画圈拌就不会消泡,也不用小心翼翼的,我记得我第一次做蛋糕,小心地拌了10分钟,想想也是醉了,现在我基本2分钟内搞定
  • 11.拌好后把它倒进剩下的蛋白里,同样的方法进行拌匀
  • 12.拌好滴面糊要蓬松,细腻
  • 13.倒入6寸的蛋糕模具内,用力震几下,尽量把里面的气体震出来哩
  • 14.打湿一下纸巾,普通餐巾纸就行,铺在锅底
  • 15.放入蛋糕糊
  • 16.启动蛋糕键,静待蛋糕出炉
  • 17.看到蛋糕上面的爪印了木有?我的饭煲一个蛋糕程序是40分钟,时间结束后用手一按,还没熟哦,又启动一个蛋糕程序,10分钟后手动结束,,就可以了,,可插入一根牙签检查,无面糊带出即可,,
  • 18.出炉要倒扣,晾凉后再脱模,
