浓香花生酥
那日,偶然翻到曾经做过的君之版迷你榛果粒,忽然想到,其实同样的做法也可以演绎成花生版。
这日,得到一瓶冷榨花生油,油质清亮,飘散着花生香。忍不住又闪现出这刚过去不太久的一闪念。一下子又有了新想法。榛果换成花生,再把黄油换成花生油,岂不是花生味更加香浓?
不用打发不用冷藏,不超过十分钟就可以做好面团。懒得多费手脚去搓成花生粒,直接掐小块按成小饼。随着热力膨胀,花生的浓香一阵阵飘来。。。
很酥,很香。。。。

  • 低筋粉40克

Steps to make 浓香花生酥

  • 1.用料:花生25克,白砂糖25克,低筋粉40克,花生油25克
  • 2.花生放入烤箱,上下火170度,烤约8-10分钟。熟透后取出晾凉。
  • 3.将花生与砂糖一起倒入料理机中。
  • 4.反复搅打成粉末状。
  • 5.用面粉,油一起倒入大碗。
  • 6.拌成均匀面团。
  • 7.分割成约7-8克/个。
  • 8.搓圆,放入烤盘,按成饼状。
  • 9.放入烤箱,上下火,180度,烤约8-10分钟。
  • 10.成浅金色,出炉。
