双椒炒米粉
米粉是从老家邮寄过来的,老家的炒米粉和热干面是我最爱。
都说河南人爱吃面食,但是河南信阳人是以大米为主食的,口感偏辣。我在家里,每天早上一大碗热干面,每次从北京回家,第一件事就是去吃热干面。每一家小店的热干面因人而异味道都大同小异,不会有口感完全一样的两个店。但是信阳在地理位置上靠近武汉,所以饮食习惯跟武汉人比较接近。热干面做起来工序比较多,从没有看到过别人是怎么做的,所以我一直不会,但是炒米粉是相当简单的。我们在北京的超市里一般可以买到圆状型的米粉,这种米粉同样可以炒着吃的。

    Steps to make 双椒炒米粉

    • 1.准备好原料,米粉要提前泡上8个小时左右。五花肉选肥些的。配料切好备用。
    • 2.配料切好备用。
    • 3.五花肉小火煸出油后放入干辣椒和花椒姜丝煸出香味。放入配料中青菜翻炒2-3分钟,加些盐和生抽。
    • 4.放入配料中青菜翻炒2-3分钟,加些盐和生抽。
    • 5.放入米粉炒2-3分钟。
    • 6.米粉炒熟即可出锅啦!
