  • 1.酸菜、鱼块准备好。
  • 2.花椒、大料、大葱、姜准备好。
  • 3.香菜、小葱切好备用。
  • 4.蚝油、生抽、老陈醋、料酒放在一起,调成一个料汁。
  • 5.锅内放油烧热,放入葱、姜、大料、花椒炒香。
  • 6.酸菜炒出香气。
  • 7.鱼块放入锅内,煎一会。
  • 8.发面再煎,两面各煎3分钟。
  • 9.倒入料汁。
  • 10.烧至入味。
  • 11.倒入适量清水,没过鱼块。
  • 12.盖上锅盖,中火慢慢炖20分钟。
  • 13.撒香菜、小葱。
  • 14.成品。
  • 15.汤酸爽、鱼肉鲜美。
