水蜜桃酱
以前做果酱都是将水果打成糊,再炒制,这次直接将水蜜桃切成块,保留了水蜜桃的果肉纤维,做成的果酱,嚼在嘴里,还有颗粒感,有一点点嚼劲,非常好吃。
水蜜桃有美肤、清胃、润肺、祛痰等功能,它的蛋白质的含量比苹果、葡萄高一倍,比梨子多七倍;铁的含量比苹果多三倍,比梨子多五倍,素有“果中皇后”的美誉,富含多种维生素,其中维生素C最高。

  • 4.将腌好的水蜜桃丁连同汤汁,一起倒入面包内桶中,
  • 5.启动果酱功能,
  • 6.30分钟后,暂停程序,加入玉米淀粉,
  • 7.待程序结束,水蜜桃酱就做好了,
  • 8.晾凉后,装入保鲜盒中,密封冷藏保存,
  • 9.成品图。
