Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝扇贝

  • 1.准备鲜活的扇贝(我的贝个头不小)
  • 2.将扇贝用牙刷仔细刷掉表层泥沙备用。
  • 3.扇贝用刀打开,去掉一端的壳,另一侧的壳也用刀将扇贝剥离壳体备用。
  • 4.粉丝提前煮软备用。
  • 5.少许青红椒切成末,蒜也拍碎切成末备用。
  • 6.将蒜青红椒加上蚝油料酒食用油放在一起拌匀。
  • 7.将扇贝摆入空气炸锅。
  • 8.再摆上些许粉丝。
  • 9.将调好的料汁均匀的浇在每一个扇贝上。
  • 10.炸锅设定200度,12分钟左右即可出锅。
