Steps to make 寿司蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备好材料,蛋黄和蛋清分离。
  • 2.将蛋黄中加入30克白糖,搅打均匀。
  • 3.加入色拉油,搅拌均匀后加入水,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉和玉米粉。
  • 5.用打蛋器搅拌成流线面糊待用。
  • 6.蛋清滴入柠檬汁。
  • 7.用打蛋器打至鱼眼泡状后分三次加入白糖。
  • 8.打发至湿性发泡。
  • 9.将打发好的蛋清1/3倒入蛋黄糊中。用刮刀切半均匀。
  • 10.全部倒入蛋清糊中。切拌成蛋糕糊。
  • 11.将蛋糕糊倒入放油纸烤盘,用手轻轻敲打烤盘底部,震出气泡。如预热好的烤箱,175度,15分钟。
  • 12.烤好的蛋糕及时取出后倒扣在网架上,揭去油纸,再覆盖上。
  • 13.晾凉后,取一张干净的油纸,将蛋糕反过来,切去周边不整齐的边缘。
  • 14.准备好寿司馅料。
  • 15.将黄瓜、火腿肠、大根条切丁。
  • 16.蛋糕表面抹上一层色拉酱。
  • 17.撒上肉松和海苔松。
  • 18.撒上黄瓜、火腿、大根条,注意上下边缘要留出空隙。
  • 19.在下边缘横切一刀,不要切断,便于卷蛋糕。
  • 20.自下而上卷起来,用油纸包裹好。
  • 21.放冰箱半小时后切片,即可食用。
