  • 1.调过味的蚝油牛肉粒,半个紫皮洋葱。
  • 2.洋葱切菱形块,把粘连在一起的分开。
  • 3.炒锅加热,倒适量油, 10秒后将牛肉粒倒入锅中快速翻炒,肉粒裹满油脂,互不粘连,炒到肉粒紧缩,里外都成熟时盛出备用。
  • 4.用锅中余油将洋葱炒微微变软,撒少许盐调味。
  • 5.最后将牛肉粒回锅,混合均匀后装盘。
