香蕉玛芬蛋糕(空气炸锅版)
爱烘培的人都知道,做蛋糕都要用到烤箱。看着面团在烤箱里慢慢膨胀,变成金黄色,溢出香甜的味道,心里是满满的幸福感~ 不过,好吃的蛋糕不一定必须要用烤箱才能做出来哦~ 最近入手了九阳空气炸锅,居然也能做美美哒香蕉玛芬蛋糕,而且还非常好吃呢!

  • 香蕉一个
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 牛奶30g
  • 玉米油30g
  • 泡打粉5g
  • 蔓越莓干15g

Steps to make 香蕉玛芬蛋糕(空气炸锅版)

  • 1.将熟透的香蕉去皮,压成泥
  • 2.将糖,牛奶,玉米油,鸡蛋倒入香蕉泥中,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将低筋面粉和泡打粉过筛到香蕉泥中
  • 4. 用刮刀或者打蛋器搅拌均匀呈无干粉状态,注意不要一个方向的过度搅拌,以免低筋面粉起筋。空气炸锅预热180度
  • 5.将面糊倒入耐高温的玻璃蛋糕杯中,放入已经预热好的空气炸锅内.这个配方刚刚好做4个
  • 6.将空气炸锅调节至170度,烤10分钟时开锅,观察下蛋糕颜色,如果已经上色要及时加盖锡纸,以免上色太重
  • 7.盖好锡纸后将温度调节至180度再烤15分钟
  • 8.想要观察熟不熟的话可以用牙签戳下内层,拿出干净即表示已经熟透,可以出锅了
  • 9.怎么样?不用烤箱,利用空气炸锅也能做出颜值这么高的香蕉玛芬蛋糕!
