我认为这是我做得最好吃的一款面包了!中间的黄油又脆又香甜,我非常喜欢。

  • 鸡蛋液15g
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 玉米油10g
  • 2g
  • 酵母2g
  • 黄油15g

Steps to make 罗宋甜面包

  • 1.把面团材料放入面包机中揉匀。
  • 2.启动发酵模式发酵至1.5倍大。
  • 3.发酵好的面团揉一揉排气,平均分成四份松弛15分钟。
  • 4.面团擀长之后卷起,如图摆放在烤盘上。
  • 5.放入烤箱,发酵模式发酵至两倍大。
  • 6.用刀在面团中间拿一个缺口,放入切好的黄油条。
  • 7.因为发酵好的面包有一定的温度,黄油会融化。所以,用刷子蘸着融化的黄油在面包表面涂一层。
  • 8.在面包上、特别是融化的黄油中撒上白砂糖。
  • 9.放入烤箱170度左右烤15至20分钟。
  • 10.松软好吃。
  • 11.成品图。
