【一菜两吃】水晶肘片
冬天到了,吃肉也不那么腻了,想变着花样吃肉,又不想花太多时间的,我的这个懒法子,可以忙乎一下,吃到两道菜哦!

Steps to make 【一菜两吃】水晶肘片

  • 1.1.猪肘拔毛刮皮,洗净沥水。
  • 2.2.锅里加料酒、姜片煮沸,将猪肘焯水。
  • 3.3.焯好的猪肘洗净放进高压锅,加水,红枣姜片,倒入适量料酒。
  • 4.4.加味极鲜酱油适量。
  • 5.5.加适量老抽。
  • 6.6.加少量冰糖,大火上汽后转中火15分钟。
  • 7.7.煮好后加适量盐调味。
  • 8.8.准备好干净的保鲜盒,盒底及四壁抹油。
  • 9.9.挑瘦肉多且骨头少的猪肘用剪刀将肉剪成小块。
  • 10.10.剪好的肉装进保鲜盒内,加上较多的汤汁,冷藏至凝固即可。
  • 11.11.凝固好的猪肘冻,用勺子刮去表面的油。
  • 12.12.倒扣出来切成块状即可。
