Steps to make 羊肉串

  • 1.准备材料;
  • 2.羊肉洗净沥干,切成约1cm见方的小块;用洋葱丝、料酒、盐、孜然粉抓匀,腌渍30分钟;
  • 3.竹签用水浸泡,防止烤的时候烤糊了;
  • 4.腌好的羊肉串在竹签上,肉块之间不要太紧,略微留一点空隙;
  • 5.穿好的串串,放在铺了锡纸的烤盘上,撒上孜然粒;烤箱预热后,烤20分钟。中途取出,小心翻面,再撒些孜然粒。
  • 6.烤好后根据个人喜好撒上辣椒粉。
  • 7.香喷喷的羊肉串。
