    Steps to make 小鸡炖蘑菇

    • 1.鸡肉飞水去腥味。
    • 2.锅中倒油烧热,放鸡肉略炒,再加入葱姜、香叶、大料、桂皮炒出香味。
    • 3.加入料酒、老抽酱油、盐、糖翻炒。
    • 4.炒至鸡肉上色。
    • 5.加入开水,放入装入有花椒的调料盒,大火烧开。
    • 6.加入泡发的蘑菇,中火炖40分钟。
    • 7.待鸡肉快好时加入泡好的粉条再炖10分钟,最后加入鸡精调味即可。
