羊多多的羊肉是来自锡林郭勒盟大草原上奔跑的羊羔。生活在那里的羊常年食用线叶菊、冷蒿等天然牧草,饮用着清澈、无污染的锡林河水,可谓是“吃着中草药,喝着矿泉水”,游走采食,边走边吃,所以肉质鲜美细嫩,鲜而不膻,矿物质含量丰富,氨基酸组成特点一致,且胆固醇含量低,羊肉各部位不饱和酸含量较高,表现了更适宜人们健康的多不饱和脂肪酸比例,较同类羊肉品质较高,符合人们对健康食品的追求。羊多多的羊肉是精选6-8个月的羔羊,此时的羔羊肉质最为鲜美、口感最佳、肉质也紧实。吃着这样的健康羊肉嘴上有福,心里放心。

Steps to make 羊多多试用报告——烤羔羊龙骨

  • 1.将羔羊龙骨洗净,用刀划几道口,放入锅中,大火煮沸后撇去浮沫
  • 2.放入大葱,姜片,和花椒,八角,小茴香
  • 3.调入酱油和盐,煮1个小时
  • 4.蜂蜜中加入清水搅拌均匀
  • 5.烤盘中铺上锡纸,将煮熟的羊腿取出放入烤盘中,先趁热刷一层蜂蜜水
  • 6.撒一层孜然
  • 7.撒上少许盐
  • 8.再撒上一层辣椒粉
  • 9.烤箱预热230度,放入烤箱中层,烤20分钟即可。
