可爱的小熊蛋糕
家有神兽,时不时要吃蛋糕,无水无油的蛋糕仔,操作简单,又不会消泡,配上卡仕达酱,口感完美。

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.烤箱预热190度。
  • 3.蛋清磕入无水无油的打蛋盆中。
  • 4.打发至鱼网大气泡时,加入1/2砂糖。
  • 5.打发至小气泡加入剩下的砂糖。
  • 6.打至硬性发泡。
  • 7.加入蛋黄。
  • 8.电动打蛋器打匀,不要过度打发哦。
  • 9.筛入低粉。
  • 10.筛入低粉。
  • 11.在垫了硅胶垫的烤盘上,挤个圆,再挤两个耳朵,完成后,拍一下烤盘底部,把蛋糕糊里的气泡拍出。
  • 12.筛上糖粉。
  • 13.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火190度,11分钟。
  • 14.结束后取出。
  • 15.蛋黄加糖。
  • 16.搅拌均匀,筛入低粉。
  • 17.搅拌均匀。
  • 18.加入牛奶(量大可分次加入)。
  • 19.搅拌均匀。
  • 20.筛入奶锅。
  • 21.小火,边加热边搅拌至浓稠,冷却后加入裱花袋备用。
  • 22.取一个蛋糕,用黑色色素笔画上表情。
  • 23.取另一个没画表情的,背面挤上卡仕达酱。
  • 24.盖上一个有表情的完成。
