香肠煲仔饭
这道煲仔饭真是简单至极,用料很少,但味道及口感都很不错。原因很简单,用了优质大米,粒粒分明,再就是略带甜味的广式香肠,内含不少油脂。油脂溶化后浸入米粒中,更加滋润饱满。虽然只放了一点芹菜,但清香的味道也很合胃口。再来一盘炒菜,一顿简单的午餐就算搞定了。

Steps to make 香肠煲仔饭

  • 1.大米准备好
  • 2.洗净后,放适量水,如果喜欢软一点的可以多一点,如果喜欢粒粒分明的可以少放一点,以自己的口感和平时做饭量参考
  • 3.我用的电炖锅,直接设定煲仔饭程序,如果没有,用普通的小砂锅也可以,但是就要自己调整火候
  • 4.广式香肠和芹菜准备好
  • 5.分别切片
  • 6.米饭基本成熟,水完全被米粒吸收了
  • 7.将香肠片和芹菜铺在米饭表面,再沿着锅边洒一点植物油,重新盖上盖子继续煲20分钟
  • 8.颜色好清爽,味道也不错
  • 9.米粒分明,滋润饱满
