芋泥渐变千层蛋糕
千层皮做了几种渐变的颜色,叠在一起很哈看,而且馅料是采用芋泥代替奶油馅,不油腻,脂肪含量也低,满足了喜欢吃蛋糕又怕变胖的MM们。

  • 红菜头粉24克
  • 淡奶油40克
  • 奶油奶酪40克
  • 芋头泥400克
  • 紫薯泥80克

Steps to make 芋泥渐变千层蛋糕

  • 1.把面糊所有材料混合搅拌均匀即可。
  • 2.搅拌均匀的面糊过筛,静置10分钟备用。
  • 3.然后平均分成4等份,把其中3份分别加入4克,8克,12克的红菜头粉拌匀。
  • 4.取不沾平底锅,小火加热倒入1勺面糊,晃动平底锅铺满锅内。
  • 5.面糊凝固并鼓起泡时,取出放在晾架上冷。
  • 6.以同样的方法制出渐变饼皮,每种颜色各煎出4张,冷却备用。
  • 7.400g荔浦芋头和80g紫薯去皮切片蒸熟,趁热压碎。
  • 8.放入锅中,小火加热,加入60克细砂糖,边搅拌边翻炒成团。

  • 11.然后加入香芋泥,搅拌均匀即可。

  • 13.依次由深到浅再到深,最后放最深色的饼皮,再放入冰箱冷藏2小时即可。
  • 14.再进行切块食用。
  • 15.成品欣赏。
