今天这款腊味煲仔饭是用塔吉锅做的,说起塔吉锅,我想很多亲已经用过了,但我却一直没买过,最近朋友送了我一款塔吉锅,颜色艳丽很漂亮,用它来做了经典美味腊味煲仔饭,不仅味道好,最重要的是做起来非常简单还省时间。

第一次用塔吉锅做饭饭,感觉真的好快,从生米到最后完全做好,也不超过15分钟时间,是典型的懒人美食呢。

    Steps to make 塔吉锅懒人美食-----腊味煲仔饭

    • 1.将米洗一下后,用水泡上。因为我们喜欢吃软一点的腊肉和香肠,所以我将香肠和腊肉先煮熟,切片备用。
    • 2.先在塔吉锅底部刷一层油,倒入泡好的米,我泡了1个小时,米和水的比例用的是1:1.5。
    • 3.将塔吉锅用中火加热,水沸腾后,塔吉锅的盖子缝隙中有水溢出来,将火再关小一些,焖3分钟左右。
    • 4.将准备好的腊味摆放在米饭上,再焖2-3分钟就OK了。
    • 5.水里加一些盐和橄榄油,将小白菜焯熟。
    • 6.捞起备用,将蚝油和生抽倒在碗里,搅匀,做成调味。
    • 7.关火后,再焖2分钟,然后摆上焯好的小白菜和胡萝卜,再放上鸡蛋,淋上调味,美味的饭饭就做好啦。
