猪肉松
用面包机做肉松真的是方便简单,而且自制的更健康哦

  • 一节
  • 花椒6粒左右
  • 香叶1片
  • 生抽一勺
  • 3片
  • 八角2粒
  • 半勺
  • 1勺

Steps to make 猪肉松

  • 1.猪肉清洗干净然后切3厘米左右的大块
  • 2.猪肉块放高压锅内加水淹过猪肉块,然后放葱、姜、花椒、八角、香叶、盐,盖盖子选择炖肉模式,15分钟即可
  • 3.煮好的肉取出,稍晾凉装保鲜袋里用擀面杖敲碎
  • 4.取出敲碎的肉再撕成细丝,然后放盐、生抽、糖启动面包机的肉松功能(剩下的就交给全能的东菱啦)
  • 5.在程序结束前10分钟把芝麻放进去,程序结束就可以取出晾凉密封起来慢慢享用啦
  • 6.完成
