Steps to make 筒骨白菜干猪肺汤

  • 1.备好所有食材(红枣忘拍了)。
  • 2.白菜干提前一小时泡开。
  • 3.猪肺用盐抓先几遍,再和筒骨一起放锅里焯水。
  • 4.再把焯水后的猪肺和筒骨冲洗干净。
  • 5.把洗干净的猪肺和筒骨放汤锅里,加进姜片和适量水开始煲(汤锅底下需先放小许花生油)。
  • 6.泡开的白菜干清洗干净后切段备用。
  • 7.汤煲上一小时左右后把白菜干放进,继续煲上一小时左右,最后适当加盐即可。
