前天下了一场大雨,温度急剧下降,都到了5度左右了,房子里感觉冷飕飕的,这期间是最难过的时候,每年这时候也是感冒高发期,一家人就剩一个没感冒了,听着女儿不停的咳嗽,真是难受,自己也不停的吸鼻子,头疼鼻子不通气,都盼着快点通暖,都说新疆人怕冷,感觉就是这样的,每年的10月15号准时通暖,有的单位只要冷,都提前通暖。所以养成了都是温室的花,一点不能受冻,有时间冬天去外地,那里要是没暖气,就更没法呆了,当地人都穿外套,自己穿了毛衣还嫌冷,老感觉房子和外面一样的冷,没一点温暖,这就是新疆人冬天不爱去外地的原因吧。酥油我一般就爱熬制奶茶时放些,做包尔萨克一定少不了酥油的,做这饼子还是第一次放,味道香酥可口,有股奶香味。

酥油是似黄油的一种乳制品,是从牛、羊奶中提炼出的脂肪。酥油滋润肠胃,和脾温中,含多种维生素,营养价值颇高。酥油有多种吃法,主要是打酥油茶喝,也可放入糍粑调和着吃。逢年过节炸果子,也要用到酥油。因为普通人家很少用到这种油脂,蛋糕点、面包店才会普遍应用需要,所以在大众市场很难买到。

    Steps to make 酥油饼

    • 1.材料:酥油 面粉 盐 香葱
    • 2.把酥油用微波炉加热化开,用温水加少许盐,用盐水和面,里面加少许酥油
    • 3.一起和成光滑的面团
    • 4.用酥油抹一层酥油,用保鲜袋包好,醒面30分钟以上
    • 5.小葱洗净切末
    • 6.把醒好的面团分成大小一样的小剂子,用手压成小圆饼,
    • 7.用擀面杖擀成薄饼形状,再面饼上抹上一层酥油,撒上少许盐和葱花
    • 8.卷成长条状
    • 9.后再卷成蜗牛状
    • 10.稍压扁,轻轻地擀一擀,最后擀成圆饼
    • 11.电饼铛用电,按下合适的功能刷上一层酥油,加圆饼
    • 12.听到滴滴响声,就翻面
    • 13.继续煎,直到两面金黄色就好了
